Issue 36 of IMPACT, the Winter Issue published in March 2023, captures Concordian International School returning to full life after the pandemic, with editor Dessy Delevaux noting that the size of the issue reflects how quickly the school regained its vitality. The edition opens by extending wishes for a full recovery to Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati, recording a well-wishing ceremony held on January 31st, 2023 at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. It then revisits the Festival of Love, held on Friday, December 9th, 2022, described as the largest event ever organized at Concordian, planned by the Parent Teacher Association.

The issue celebrates alumni engagement through Concordian's Alumni Talk 2022 on startups and innovation in the tech sector, held November 7th, 2022, and the Alumni College Fair the same day, which hosted 12 alumni representing universities including Stanford, Oxford, UCLA, University College London and Chulalongkorn. Student achievements feature prominently, including Dol (G5) earning third place in the Sornthong Thai Classical Music Competition 2022-2023, and the Celebrating Our Dragons section spotlighting wins in basketball, football, tennis, piano, golf, triathlon, equestrian and ice skating.

Athletics coverage records the Basketball Varsity Girls winning the AISAA Girls Varsity Basketball League championship, the Varsity Boys taking second at the AISAA tournament, and the G7U Girls Football team beating Berkeley 1-0 in a memorable final. Across the school year, students enjoyed EY and PY Sports Days, the Centerstage 12 talent show, the Freaky Fun Festival, Spirit Week, Loy Krathong on November 8th, 2022, the K2 and K3 musical The Christmas Train Adventure, Chinese New Year celebrations for the Year of the Rabbit, The Voice of Concordian Season 7, the play Peter Pan Goes Wrong, choral and instrumental music showcases, and the 7th Chinese Temple Fair.

The edition also documents Secondary service projects across Grades 6 to 9, MUN, the Food for All Club, Hear to Heart, the GAT Club, and the Operation Smile medical mission in Phayao that provided 40 free surgeries. It closes with Grade 5 to Grade 10 Week Without Walls trips to Hua Hin, Khao Yai and Chanthaburi, and interviews with Concordian families.
